looking for independent, responsible natural, organic hair stylist, barber, cosmetologist.
A Healthy Workplace: No ammonia, no formaldehyde, and no harsh synthetic fragrances. You’ll notice the difference in your own well-being by the end of the day.
Specialized Mentorship: We will personally train you on our Organic Color Systems. You'll learn how to achieve vibrant, permanent results using ammonia-free chemistrythat respects the hair’s natural pH.
Tiered Commission or hourly: 30% to 50% service commission based on your level of experience and professional independence.
The Best of Both Worlds: The freedom of an independent mindset with the support of an established brand. We handle the Vagaro booking and premium organic backbar.
Client Flow: We provide clients from our marketing and call-ins, but as a small boutique, we are looking for a stylist who is proactive in building their own brand and local clientele.
Who You Are
Experienced Pro: 5+ years behind the chair with an active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License.
Independent Thinker: You don’t want to be micro-managed; you want a professional space where you can excel as an organic expert.
Empathetic Caretaker: You understand that for many of our clients, we are the only salon they can safely visit due to chemical sensitivities.
