Registered Nurse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Elizabeth Park Rehabilitation and Nursing in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and residents, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for:
Leading by Example: Demonstrating expertise and knowledge in clinical practice, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance, feedback, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Patient-Centered Care: Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that promote positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Quality Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
