Marketing & Events Coordinator

Evergreen Devco, Inc. is a 52-year-old retail, industrial and multifamily development company seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator . The Marketing & Events Coordinator supports the planning, design, and execution of marketing initiatives, branded collateral, social media content, and internal and external events. This role combines graphic design, content coordination, brand support, and event execution to help strengthen Evergreen’s presence across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a mix of design requests, social media content, marketing collateral, and event-related projects in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral, Content Creation & Graphic Design

• Design and update marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, banners, email templates, and other internal and external branded materials.
• Coordinate and support investor package production, including design updates, formatting, version control, and final assembly.
• Create and coordinate branded correspondence, including holiday cards, thank-you cards, letterhead, email templates, and related company materials.
• Research, source, and order branded swag, merchandise and client gifts.
• Maintain and organize marketing collateral to ensure materials are current, accurate, brand-consistent, and easy to access.

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute internal office events (employee celebrations, themed gatherings, appreciation events) as well as marketing events such as groundbreakings and other property-related activations, broker/client events and other external-facing events.
• Coordinate company participation in industry events and conferences, including but not limited to ICSC (Las Vegas, Western, Red River), managing hotel blocks, parties, booth logistics, and materials.
• Assist with planning and execution of company Annual and Semi-Annual Meetings, including logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.

Social Media & Email Marketing

• Support company social media accounts by developing content calendars, drafting post copy, coordinating graphics, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement, with strategic guidance from the Director of Operations.
• Gather project updates, photos, milestones, and company news from internal teams to support content.
• Support email marketing efforts, including drafting, formatting, scheduling, and maintaining email campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and other company communications.
• Maintain and update CRM contacts, lists, and marketing data to support email marketing and outreach.  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, graphic design, communications, social media, or a related field.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms, with the ability to create polished, brand-consistent materials.
• Experience supporting or managing professional social media accounts, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and basic performance tracking.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or contact database management preferred.
• Portfolio or examples of design, collateral, or social media work preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight to trade shows and events as needed.
