Primary Vascular Care
Primary Vascular Care, a vascular group serving long-term care facilities, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform on-site clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for residents. Reports to the Lead NP and must travel throughout the New York City area. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, be licensed as an NP/PA, and have current BLS; ACLS is preferred. Infection control certification is required, with board certification or eligibility considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
