We offer a complete menu of services including lash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tints, brow laminations, threading and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the beauty and care of our guests' lashes and brows.

We're looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile. What you'll do:

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
• Sell memberships and retail
• Create an exceptional first impression for every guest

Pay:

• Hourly base + commission + bonuses
• Typical earnings: $13$16/hr
• Top performers can earn more!

Required skills:

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Can work weekends and evenings
• Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
