This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with detailed documentation, and can effectively manage multiple foreclosure files throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Manage foreclosure files throughout the sales process while maintaining accuracy and compliance Verify foreclosure timelines and confirm all required legal and procedural steps have been completed Review financial figures, bids, fees, and costs for accuracy prior to scheduled sales Evaluate account activity, payment history, repayment plans, and servicing documentation Confirm files meet investor and servicing guidelines before moving forward with foreclosure sales Conduct required account research, including military status verification and related documentation Coordinate foreclosure postponements and update file activity as needed Monitor servicing platforms for sale approvals and account status changes Maintain organized records and ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines Assist with additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned Opportunity for permanent employment Annual discretionary bonus eligibility after hire Collaborative, team-oriented office environment Regular catered lunches and stocked refreshments Comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire, including paid time off, life insurance, profit sharing, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, and optional supplemental benefits Two immediate openings available One onsite interview with the hiring team Quick hiring process with the potential for same-day decisions No overtime expected during the contract period Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
