What You’ll Do Execute day-to-day traffic operations, including preparing and sending delivery orders to carriers. Communicate with trucking companies to confirm pickups and deliveries and resolve basic shipment issues. Maintain accurate documentation and upload proof of delivery and related receipts. Prepare billing packages and assist with invoicing tasks. Coordinate payment requests for carriers and service providers. Provide responsive customer service and ensure timely updates on shipment status. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support within a professional environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and customer-focused. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new systems. A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
