Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Therapeutic Day Program Chicago, IL | Predictable Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule | No evenings or weekends required. Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. What makes this role different? You'll work alongside occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, educators, RBTs, and other clinicians to support the whole child. We prioritize manageable caseloads and protected clinical time , allowing BCBAs to focus on high-quality care rather than simply volume. About the Role As aBCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Conducting behavioral assessments Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team Professional Growth & Leadership Opportunities We believe BCBAs should have opportunities to grow throughout their careers.
