About Meineke Car Care Center Meineke Car Care Center is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician in Elgin, TX. This position pays $16–$23 per hour and follows a Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The role focuses on general automotive maintenance and service, including tires, alignments, oil changes, filters, fluid flushes, and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs). Key Responsibilities Perform tire services and related general automotive maintenance. Perform wheel alignments. Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid flushes. Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs). Document vehicle inspection findings accurately. Work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive repair environment. Collaborate with the shop team to support an organized and productive workflow. Qualifications At least two years of automotive repair experience required. Hands-on experience performing general automotive maintenance and repair services. Ability to complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) accurately. Willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow within the automotive industry. Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive shop environment.
