They may assist in payroll preparation, provide administrative support to all employees and the HR team. They must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. This role will also prepare and set-up and teardown for all hiring events that occurs bi-weekly. The manager is looking for candidates that are self-motivated, great communicators and highly organized. Must be very detail oriented. Responsibilities: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via phone calls and emails. Support the HR team in building a strong candidate pipeline for various positions. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to our organization. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
