Relationship Manager

Relationship ManagerResponsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of complex commercial loans in accordance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures. This role supports achievement of Bank and financial center goals through active participation in sales initiatives and client relationship development.Work Location: Onsite Hybrid Remote Travel: NoneWhat You'll Do:Engage in business development activities and solicit new business opportunitiesContribute to a results-driven sales environment aligned with Bank goalsMaintain knowledge of Bank products and services through ongoing educationWork with clients and prospects to assess banking needs and gather financial informationAnalyze financial condition and credit risk in alignment with Bank credit standardsPrepare and present loan recommendations for approval, including financial analysis and client presentationsMeet with clients and prospects and visit business locations or collateral propertiesNegotiate loan terms and coordinate approvals with appropriate authorityCommunicate client-related issues, risks, or challenges as neededCoordinate processing of approved loans in accordance with Bank policies and client expectationsMonitor loans for covenant compliance and changes in credit riskRepresent the Bank in community, civic, and reinvestment activities to develop business relationshipsSupport market visibility and growth within the assigned regionMaintain awareness of competitive landscape and economic trendsWhat We're Looking For (Required):Understanding of different legal entity structuresKnowledge of commercial banking products and servicesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and internet applications)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders(Nice to Have):Experience in commercial lending or credit underwritingFamiliarity with loan origination or portfolio management systemsExisting relationships within business or commercial banking networksWhy You'll Love Working Here:Team Culture Growth Opportunities Benefits or PerksPhysical Demands: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
