Senior Civil Engineer: Build Projects Everyone Talks AboutPosition OverviewThis opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants a larger seat at the table, greater influence on project outcomes, and the chance to work alongside respected professionals tackling some of the region's most challenging development initiatives.Key Responsibilities* Lead land development projects from planning and entitlement through design and construction. * Direct multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. * Oversee grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and roadway design efforts. * Review engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications. * Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. * Serve as a key point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners. * Guide projects through permitting and regulatory review processes. * Mentor engineers and designers while fostering technical excellence. * Participate in business development, client relationship management, and project pursuits. * Support quality assurance and quality control initiatives across project teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree or greater in Civil Engineering or related fieldLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred7+ in civil engineering design, land development, and utility systems.Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.Experience with drainage design, H&H modeling, and stormwater management practices.Familiarity with construction management and construction administration practices.Experience performing plan reviews and navigating permitting processes with municipal agencies.Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
