Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp) - Part-Time Or Full-Time Opportunity

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp), you will play a vital role in our mission to reach out with compassion and care to those struggling with opioid and other drug addictions.
We are seeking a part-time or full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Pmhnp) to join our on-site team at one or more nursing home facilities. As a Pnp, you will provide medication management to patients in a long-term care setting. Your expertise in psychiatric care will enable you to make a profound impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management to patients in one or more nursing home facilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and compassion for patients
- Organizational skills
- Experience in psychiatric or long-term care settings a plus

Annualized base salary of $100,000, with additional consistent raises based on providers' productivity
