Recruiter, SSC

This role supports full-cycle recruiting for professional positions across the Store Support Center. Full-cycle recruiting for designated departments and functional teams Partner with hiring managers to source and hire qualified candidates Interview and screen candidates for technical competence, relevant background and skills, culture fit, and organizational effectiveness Present TSC context by communicating company culture, values, and job requirements to candidates Make employment recommendations using information from interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes Promote the employment brand and represent TSC mission, values, and culture in the local market Participate in recruiting events including conferences, job fairs, and workshops on behalf of TSC Collaborate on future staffing needs with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to secure qualified talent Enable hiring manager performance by providing training and training materials for recruiting, interviewing, and decision-making best practices Talent research to identify resources for recruiting the best talent for open roles Build networks through venues such as LinkedIn and networking conferences Coordinate offers by partnering with HR teams and hiring managers to create, recommend, and communicate job offers Scheduling support by partnering with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled Requirements Experience: 2-4 years of related experience Communication: comfortable speaking with all levels of hiring managers; effective written and verbal communication Skills: strong organizational and creative skills Employment law knowledge: understanding of employment laws related to non-discriminatory hiring practices and recruiting best practices Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Flexibility: any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered Technologies Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Microsoft applications LinkedIn Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities ATS experience preferred Microsoft applications experience required (all Microsoft applications) Benefits Company-paid life and disability insurance Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement Adoption and surrogacy assistance Medical, dental, and vision coverage Part time new hires: eligibility for TSC Benefits by averaging at least 15 hours per week during their 90-day lookback period If the 15-hour requirement was met: benefits eligibility date is the first day of the month following 4 months of continuous service Working Conditions Normal office working conditions Physical Requirements Sitting Standing (not walking) Walking Reaching overhead Lifting up to 20 pounds Location Brentwood, TN (onsite) Nearest major market: Nashville Disclaimer: This job description provides an overview of responsibilities and is not a comprehensive list of duties.
