As a Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey, delivering tailored design recommendations and promoting premium tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring, and countertop selections. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in Vista, CA to understand their design requirements and offer expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects.
• Perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings to provide effective recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the visual appeal of the showroom in Vista, CA.
• Assist in organizing and hosting events occasionally, and potentially contribute to event planning efforts.

Qualifications:

• Must have a proven track record in sales, with a preference for a background in design such as interior or architectural design.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-focused attitude.
• The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, innovative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are a must.
• Previous experience with Tile, Stone, Engineered Wood, Flooring, and Countertop materials would be advantageous.
• Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, with alternating Saturdays required.
