Operating in an exclusive island environment, you will drive operational excellence, optimize business software, and cultivate relationships with luxury residential clients. This role offers the opportunity to steer a $5M business portfolio while leading a dedicated team of 35 field and office professionals. How You Will Make An Impact Partner directly with the owner to execute strategic company vision across all field and office divisions. Oversee daily operations split evenly between luxury estate maintenance and high-end landscape installations. Master and utilize the SingleOps platform to manage scheduling, real-time job costing, and workflow routing. Direct, mentor, and schedule a full team of 35 field and office employees. Manage complex island logistics, including crew scheduling, material transport, and ferry-dependent timelines. Protect project target margins by monitoring job costs and annual operating budgets. Serve as the trusted client concierge to estate owners, property managers, and landscape architects. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of senior operational leadership experience within a landscape or construction firm. Proven ability to manage a workforce of 30 or more employees across office and field operations. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with a proven ability to quickly master new software platforms. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Direct hands-on experience using SingleOps software for bidding, scheduling, job costing, and asset tracking. Demonstrated expertise managing island, ferry-dependent, or remote supply chain logistics. Background in high-end residential exterior construction and estate maintenance management.
