Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming front office experience Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances Answer multi-line phone system, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Requirements: Prior dental front desk or dental administrative experience preferred Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Professional, dependable, and a true team player About Us: Jason S Allen DDS MS PA is a trusted dental practice serving the Jacksonville, FL community with a commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
