Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Assist customers on the phone, email and walk ins. Handle customer requests for changes to their insurance and answer questions. Must be able to obtain state insurance license. We pay for all study aids.
