We're seeking a hands-on System Administrator II to join a collaborative IT team supporting a hybrid Microsoft and AWS infrastructure environment. This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys building, administering, automating, and improving enterprise systems across cloud and on-premises environments. We're looking for someone who has personally implemented, integrated, managed, and troubleshot core infrastructure technologies while taking ownership of systems, security, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, administer, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, virtualization, and related services Administer AWS infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and backup solutions Automate operational processes using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting tools Administer SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational database platforms, including backups, performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting Support infrastructure security, patching, monitoring, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver solutions Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Qualifications 5+ years of infrastructure, systems administration, or systems engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Hyper-V Experience implementing and managing AWS environments and services Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or comparable tools Database administration experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or similar relational databases Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and systems integration abilities Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
