Details Acute care setting within a 719-bed Level I Trauma hospital featuring 11 cath labs Cardiac Cath Lab unit handling 40-50 cases per day Preferred case experience includes interventional, structural, and EP procedures Uses Epic EMR Flexible 10-hour day shifts scheduled 4 days a week between 8:00a-8:30p Call requirement of 4-5 shifts per month including 1 weekend per month 10-week assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 3 years of RN experience required At least 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience required Experience circulating, monitoring in Mac Lab, and scrubbing preferred BSN not required for this position Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility Copy of driver's license required for consideration Additional Information Work in a high-volume, fast-paced cardiac cath lab environment ideal for RNs seeking high demand and advanced clinical experience Candidates who were directly employed by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year are not eligible Candidates previously employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered American Traveler Job ID P-746538.
