Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans. Collaborate with dentists and fellow hygienists to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Build strong patient relationships and retention. Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Active RDH license (Wisconsin) or eligibility to obtain one. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Passion for patient education and practicing at the top of scope. New graduates welcome.
