The company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and delivery of mechanical systems for large-scale data centre facilities. The role involves working with experienced engineering teams on the design, optimisation, and implementation of cooling and HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation of critical IT environments, while contributing to complex projects and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams supporting modern data centre operations. Responsibilities Design and maintain HVAC and cooling systems supporting mission-critical environments Support mechanical system design for data center infrastructure including cooling plants and airflow management Assist with engineering calculations, system layouts, and technical documentation Collaborate with electrical engineers, controls specialists, and project teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions Support thermal management strategies including airflow optimization and cooling efficiency Assist with equipment selection and system specifications Participate in project coordination with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams Ensure designs align with industry standards, safety requirements, and operational best practices Skills / Must Have Mechanical Engineering background Minimum 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering Experience designing or maintaining HVAC and cooling systems Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments preferred Strong understanding of mechanical systems supporting high-availability infrastructure Location Atlanta, Georgia Benefits Performance bonus HSA benefits Hybrid working environment Salary $180,000 Base Salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
