Hematology/Oncology Physician

Total Compensation ranging from $450k-$550k based on experience A well-established healthcare organization in the Hudson Valley region is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join its growing team. Position Highlights Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine and the latest advancements in cancer care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff Participate in treatment planning, patient education, and ongoing disease management Review and interpret diagnostic studies, pathology reports, imaging, and laboratory findings Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families Contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and quality outcomes Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Eligible for medical licensure in New York Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $500,000+ Additional productivity and performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Retirement plan with employer-sponsored options Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Health, dental, and vision insurance Professional development support Why Middletown?
