This position offers a full caseload with the flexibility to manage your schedule. You will work primarily in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting with occasional home‑based visits as needed. As a Physical Therapist Assistant with us, you will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and provide high‑quality care to your patients, while also benefiting from professional development and guidance from seasoned therapist as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of patients, providing individualized physical therapy treatments. Maintain flexibility in your schedule to meet the needs of your patients.
