Remote Medical Data Integrity Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Medical Data Integrity Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping healthcare teams maintain clean and accurate patient data.

This role is perfect for someone who loves accuracy and problem-solving. You’ll gain hands-on experience correcting errors in digital records, verifying data fields, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting data cleanup projects — all under expert supervision.

What You’ll Do

Review patient data for accuracy
Correct errors and inconsistencies
Verify formatting and field completion
Support data cleanup initiatives
Maintain HIPAA compliance
