What You’ll Do Document patient visits in real time alongside physicians. Record medical history, examinations, treatment plans, and prescriptions. Enter information into electronic health record (EHR) systems. Review and track lab and test results. Maintain HIPAA‑compliant patient charts and send documents for review. Support the clinical team with lab tracking and follow‑ups. Help keep the clinic or department running smoothly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Typing speed of 40+ WPM. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong listening and communication skills. Flexible schedule availability; ability to stand, sit, and work at a computer for several hours. Access to a laptop for training (provided after training; own laptop required for training).
