Area of Responsibility Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting business requirements. Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions. Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, focusing on system stability. Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories, and implement test strategies. Analyze results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards. Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks. Assist in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies. Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities. Contribution to the Team Exhibit a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills. Handle end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. Translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks. Show passion for design and hands‑on coding. Take a proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining applications. Work with cross‑functional teams and perform software integration. Required Skills and Experience Java Full‑Stack development experience. Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS expertise. Proficiency in Java 8/11 features – collections, streams, lambdas. Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate. Knowledge of ReactJS and Redux. Messaging integration with Kafka or similar services. Creation of RESTful APIs. Containerization with Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines. Experience with AWS Cloud services. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in performance engineering. Ability to analyze business requirements and build functional and technical specifications. In‑depth exposure to Scrum ceremonies. Experience working in Agile Scrum teams, acting as SPOC for clients, and coordinating with remote teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience may substitute for one year of education.
