You will translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives, milestones, and metrics, leveraging analytical tools to support program management, impact capture, and financial modeling. Working closely with clients and McKinsey colleagues, you will track progress, surface risks, maintain momentum, and guide initiatives through to completion. You will coach client teams, build trusted relationships across the organization, and bring the latest McKinsey tools and technology to challenge ways of working and raise the bar on execution.Your backgroundUndergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record3+ years of project management or PMO experience managing multiple workstreamsStrong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)Proven ability to work with and coach diverse teams across the organizationComfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting prioritiesEntrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvementDetail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to sustain performance through complex transformationsAbility and willingness to travel up to 80%
