Plumber

Plumber – Holloman AFB-Underground Utilities & Maintenance Denco, Inc. is looking for a skilled Plumber with solid experience in underground utility work and interior maintenance plumbing. This is not a new construction role — you'll be doing the hands-on work that keeps existing systems running: underground line repair and installation, interior maintenance scopes, fixture replacement, and troubleshooting in the field. If you have equipment operation skills on top of your plumbing experience, that's a genuine advantage here. We need someone who can assess a problem, own the repair, and work efficiently without hand-holding. Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain underground water, sewer, gas, and utility lines per project specifications • Perform interior maintenance plumbing, including fixture replacement, pipe repair, valve work, and remodel scopes • Operate excavation and utility equipment as needed for underground work • Read and interpret blueprints, as-builts, and project plans in the field • Diagnose problems accurately, determine the correct repair approach, and communicate the scope to project management • Follow all NM plumbing codes, permit requirements, and job site safety protocols Qualifications: • 5+ years of plumbing experience with a demonstrated background in underground utilities and interior maintenance — not new construction • Equipment operation experience strongly preferred • NM Journeyman Plumber license preferred; candidates with strong, verifiable field experience will be considered • Must be local to Las Cruces or Alamogordo, NM • Valid New Mexico driver's license with a clean record • Self-starter who manages a job scope independently and communicates issues early and clearly Compensation: $37,440 - $49,920 yearly
