Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our collaborative and patient-focused team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Rehabilitation team, where every day presents an opportunity to positively impact the lives of others. This role involves performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing patient education based on each patient's specific needs.

This position is based at our Mid-America Balance Institute clinic in Leawood, KS. You will provide comprehensive care for patients experiencing balance, dizziness, vestibular, and mobility disorders while helping them achieve their highest level of function.

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in partnering with our physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives exceptional, compassionate care and has a positive experience at Ascentist Healthcare. You will foster a professional, collaborative clinic environment while utilizing strong communication skills to coordinate care, improve patient outcomes, and support the continued growth of our rehabilitation services.

Job Type: Full-time

Locations: Mid-America Balance Institute located in Leawood, KS

Salary Range: Negotiable - final compensation is negotiable and dependent on experience, education, certifications, and market alignment.


Qualifications: Education: Accredited Physical Therapy program | Licenses/Certifications: Must possess an active Physical Therapy license in Missouri
