Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
Allied Residential
Allied Residential in the Seattle area is seeking a meticulous Compliance Assistant to support Community Managers in meeting regulatory and company standards for affordable housing. You will prepare and review resident files, verify eligibility, and assist with recertifications to ensure audit readiness. This role requires detail orientation, organization, and good communication. You will help teams implement LIHTC and HUD rules, support leasing during lease-up, and participate in trainings and #J-18808-Ljbffr Allied Residential
