Entry Level Landscape Architect

Entry Level Landscape Architect – Charlotte, NC Responsibilities Perform zoning code research, site feasibility and due diligence studies. Assist with preparation of rezoning and conditional use plans. Prepare site construction plans including site design, grading design, storm drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, landscape plans, and associated details. Prepare associated calculations and reports. Prepare renders for presentations. Candidate must have excellent hand‑drawing skills and be familiar with digital technologies such as Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Rhino and D5 is a plus, but not required. Work on multidisciplinary design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans. May also conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture is required. Previous internship experience is desired. Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint.
