• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time , flexible scheduling options. Clinic is open Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM. No call, evenings, or weekends.

• Broad Scope of Care: Hybrid opportunity in internal medicine providing bread and butter adult primary care, while also providing general urology and urogynecology services.
\n
• Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $135,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. \n

Practice Overview:

• Supportive & Team-Oriented Environment: \n

  • Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and the clinical care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  \n
  • Scribe services available to reduce documentation burden
  \n
  • Nurse triage support team for workflow optimization
  \n
  • Modern, fully equipped outpatient practice
  \n

• Key Responsibilities: \n
  \n
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic studies, order labs, and develop individualized treatment plans
  \n
  • Conduct in-person and virtual patient visits utilizing our integrated telehealth platform
  \n
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  \n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
\n
• Experience: Open to any level of experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
\n
• Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
\n
