Open Positions Full-Time: 3 days per week Part-Time: 2 days per week Shifts Available Day Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Night Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am What You’ll Do • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment • Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs • Monitor resident safety and well-being, including overnight support • Accurately document care and communicate with team members • Build positive relationships and create a supportive atmosphere What We Are Looking For • Reliable and consistent attendance • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to remain calm in structured and dynamic environments • Willingness to learn and follow individualized care plans • Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting others Benefits • $500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 at 3 months, $250 at 6 months) • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave • 401(k) retirement plan • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Overtime opportunities If you are compassionate, dependable, and ready to be part of a team that values people and community, apply today. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living • Address communication skills • Identify and implement symptom management skills • Develop social support systems • Cleaning common areas • Assist with medication distribution • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager • Ability to maintain regular attendance • Complete required documentation promptly Qualifications: • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED • Experience: No Experience necessary • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
