Operations Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an Operations Analyst for one of our large financial clients. This individual will join a team responsible for providing services essential to completing the trade lifecycle and supporting client and front office needs. The team is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate research and resolution of equity trade breaks, managing trade flows across front-end and back-end systems, and partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Project Management, and the Front Office. This role requires strong communication and client service skills, as the individual will regularly interact with traders, sales teams, clients, and client service representatives throughout the day. This role must be performed 4 days on-site at our client's office, although candidates should expect the first couple of months to be 5 days on-site.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Ability to identify, drive, and implement process improvements while minimizing organizational risk


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior clearing (P&S) or trade support experience supporting Equities, Fixed Income, Options, or a combination of asset classes.
Experience independently managing small to medium-sized projects.
Background or education in Data Science.
Experience leveraging AI tools to interpret data and drive operational improvements or process change
