Responsibilities Coordinate the work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project’s life cycle (from development and initiation to close‑out), while under the supervision of the Program and/or Project Managers Assist in the management of small projects to larger initiatives. Work with the Program and/or Project Managers, Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic program and/or project reviews. Assist the Program Manager with commercial management tasks such as contracts, sub‑contracts, budgets, amendments, invoices, forecasts, etc. Assist the Deputy Program Manager – Program Controls with the implementation and use of the Capital Project Management System, including Oracle Primavera Cloud and Unifier. Assist the Program Manager on all aspects of the multidisciplinary team for the East Bank Program, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Lead special assignments/projects related to planning, engineering, and program management. Assist in the coordination of efforts and strategies across several City departments, the Mayor’s Office, NDOT, TDOT, MTA, state and federal agencies, outside consultants, and contractors. Participation in Professional Organizations to help establish and provide recognition of HDR in the local market. The successful candidate will report to HDR’s downtown Nashville office in Spring/Summer 2026. The candidate will report to HDR's Brentwood office in the interim. Preferred Qualifications EIT, or AICP certified planner or ability to obtain within a reasonable time frame 5 years of experience in civil and/or transportation related field. CADD and/or GIS proficiency. Technical writing proficiency. Accomplished presentation skills. Experience in project budgeting/accounting. Project controls experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 5 years related experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
