Lubricants Driver - Class A CDL

Position Title: Lubricants Driver - Class A CDL Location: West Fargo, ND Salary: $30 - $35/hour (DOE) Position Summary: The Lubricants Driver position is responsible for bulk and package deliveries, retrieving directions, and providing customer service and logistics support with respect to lubricant department deliveries throughout the geographic area. Key Responsibilities Safely transports and delivers lubricants to Sunoco customers in a professional, safe, efficient, timely and legal manner Secures all products and other essential tools required of the job by using approved securing methods, such as tie downs or straps Loads and unloads truck while performing frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of products and applicable tools for the job Ensures customer orders are correct; provides excellent customer service; reports problems to supervisor accurately and follows up to ensure resolution May assist in warehouse on an ad‑hoc basis by safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks) to move large and heavy items safely and effectively; loads and unloads delivery trucks, protecting product integrity and minimizing spill risk Maintains a high degree of attention and dexterity in vehicle control to ensure proper delivery while preventing damage to materials and equipment Coordinates with Dispatcher to resolve transit or delivery issues; disseminates solutions to meet and satisfy customer, Warehouse Supervisor, and Dispatcher requirements Maintains a viable relationship with Dispatchers and customers to ensure needs are always met Provides accurate accident, safety, and related reporting as required; maintains logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance status following applicable regulations Can work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions Pre‑ and post‑inspects trucks, trailers, and equipment to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment functionality; reports defects, incidents, violations, or damage immediately Checks vehicles for mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment; reports defects or damage Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions following signals from loading crew and ensuring vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned Safely lifts, pushes, pulls, and lowers barrels of lubricants multiple times daily Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate supervisor Demonstrates safe work and risk management practices; communicates and enforces all safety and security issues; reports and processes employee and/or customer incidents per Parkland USA policy and procedure Ensures confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained Sets priorities, meets deadlines, plans and carries out assignments, resolves conflicts, and maintains good working relations internally and externally; displays self‑direction and motivation Meets performance expectations and completes all duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Class CDL A License HAZMAT Endorsement Tanker Endorsement Current DOT Medical Card Clean driving record Proficient verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities Ability to work independently Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants.
