Production Specialist Full‑time regular position. Program Support – Rock Island, IL, US. QC Flex is looking for a Production/QC Flex Specialist to coordinate production, machinery, and training efforts, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and quality. The role involves maintaining production records, supporting time studies, bidding processes, and inventory management, as well as supervising staff and participating in staffing meetings. Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Shift starts late morning/early afternoon and ends 7‑8 PM. Schedule may vary to meet business needs. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Successful pre‑employment and random drug tests. Organizational and coordination skills. Production and computer experience. Mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work on feet for 90%+ of shift. Background check clearance. Effective communication skills (oral and written).
