Role: React JS Developer
Location :: San Leandro, CA (Need locals F2F interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix software, database, and network layer issues.
- Monitoring: Track application health, uptime, and performance metrics using tools like Splunk or New Relic.
- Collaboration: Escalate complex coding bugs to developers and document solutions for the L1/L2 team.
Required Skills
- Technical: Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, log analysis, and basic java / React
- Diagnostic Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and monitoring platforms (e.g., AppDynamics).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and calm decision-making under pressure.
