Our equipment runs hard, every day, in demanding conditions—and our field team is the reason it keeps running. We're hiring a Sales and Service Consultant to be the face of FireFly across Central and Northern Florida. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves mechanical work, enjoys being on the road, and thrives on direct customer relationships. You'll keep machines running, train the people who operate them, and grow parts and service business across your territory. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on turf-harvesting equipment Travel farm to farm to support machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Train operators during new machine deliveries and ongoing visits Ride along with operators to spot performance issues and improve machine use Manage parts inventory and drive parts sales from your company‑provided service truck Provide phone and remote support for troubleshooting and warranty needs Work independently while staying connected to our service and engineering teams Travel 50-75% travel within your territory (farms, cities, and across state lines as needed) Occasionally, travel outside your territory for training or to support the team What You Bring 2–3 years of mechanical experience or a similar hands‑on background Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Clear communication and a genuine customer‑first mindset Comfort using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for service documentation Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Nice to Have Experience with turf equipment, agriculture, or heavy machinery Field service or mobile technician experience What We Offer Competitive base salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus bonus and commission Company vehicle and a fully equipped service truck All travel expenses covered Medical, dental, and vision insurance (medical available after 60 days) 401(k) and paid time off Stock options considered at annual review #J-18808-Ljbffr FireFly Automatix, Inc.
