As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, documenting activity, and communicating professionally with residents, visitors, and team members. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.48 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry credentials, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and report unauthorized access concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
