RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check guests in and outand settle guest balances upon departure Give guestsdirections, information, and instructions Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, childcare, and other activitiesfor guests, FITs, and owners Help thefront office managerrecruit, manage, train, motivate, and evaluate the front desk staff Handle and completecash, credit card,andlift ticket sales transactions dailyand log all tickets, vouchers, gift cards, and gift baskets sold Balance and close out lift ticket salesat the end of the day Proactively solve guest, owner, and employee problems with urgency, respect, and empathy Assistwithbellstaffand conciergeduties, such asfulfilling specialguest requests, coordinatingtransportationfor pick-ups and drop-off, andassistingguests with luggage Work with thefront office managerto develop processes and proceduresto ensure smooth operation and flow at the front desk Assistguest services manager with creating staff schedules, training, and completing timecards Check for guest requests and services three days prior to arrival and ensure these requests are met Ensure bell staff is properlymaintainingthe vehicles and completing check lists daily Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previoussupervisoryexperiencerequired Staff leadership, coaching, and mentoringexperience preferred Must have basic mechanical knowledge of theguest services fleet vehicles, tools, and equipment Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excellent understanding of computers, systems, and guest service tools Must be able to workvaried shifts, includingovernight shifts
