Quality Assurance Technician

We're looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic candidate to join our Quality Assurance Team. If you're looking for a dynamic work environment with opportunity for advancement, keep reading. This role will work closely with printed circuit board production (PCBA) and electrical engineering ensuring design execution and high quality printed circuit boards for use in automation, motor control, medical devices, IOT, LED control, and smart kiosks. PCBA Quality Assurance (~60% of your focus) Operation, calibration, and programming of 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Visual inspection of and production validation certifying conformance Root‑cause analysis in non‑conformances 2. Electrical Design Review and Production Qualification (~20% of your focus) Review of design files and schematics for profile creation and identifying interest points Collaboration with Production Engineering and Design in facilitating high quality, production‑ready designs. 3. PCB Debug, Programming & Test (~20% of your focus) Assist in program validation, functional testing Desired qualifications: Highly detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication Collaborative work style, enthusiastic, upbeat, and positive Familiar with schematics, mechanical drawings, process flow diagram Ability to use a microscope up to 30x magnification for long periods of time PCB assembly experience is a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time; 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
