This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned commercial credit professional who enjoys underwriting complex commercial relationships, partnering closely with lenders, and making a meaningful impact in a growing organization. Highlights Of The Opportunity Thriving community bank in strong Kansas City, KS metro area. $80,000-$120,000 base salary (depending on experience) On‑site position with a stable, relationship‑focused bank Privately held organization with an employee stock purchase program Opportunity to work on larger, more complex commercial credit relationships Strong long‑term growth potential within the credit and lending organization Ideal Experience Includes 7-10+ years of commercial underwriting or commercial credit analysis in a banking environment Strong experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), construction, and SBA/government‑guaranteed lending Advanced financial statement analysis, global cash flow analysis, and complex credit structuring Experience underwriting larger borrowing relationships and presenting credit recommendations to senior management or loan committees Working knowledge of participated or syndicated loans is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred, though extensive banking experience will be strongly considered The bank is investing heavily in its credit function and is seeking someone who can serve as a trusted underwriting resource while working alongside experienced commercial lenders.
