Quanex is looking for a 100 Series Assembler - 1st Shift to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.  

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00am - 2:30pm.| Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis

• Operate and set up production equipment
• Perform manual window screen fabrication and cloth installation
• Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proactively reporting potential hazards.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality

What Success Looks Like:

• Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Basic mechanical aptitude or hand-tool experience is a plus to move up quickly
