Daily responsibilities include the following.Report to our Romeoville warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadoutSafely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routesLoad and unload packages with care, ensuring accuracy and proper handlingDeliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate with dispatch and warehouse team members as needed throughout your shiftMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleFollow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company proceduresReturn to the Romeoville warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day proceduresRepresent Genco Delivery LLC professionally as a courier serving your communityQualificationsDelivery Driver Benefits at Genco DeliveryWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No prior delivery experience is required. Below are the qualifications for this Non CDL Delivery Driver role.Must possess a valid driver's licenseMust meet minimum age requirement of 21 (insurance requirement)Ability to lift packages up to 55 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout a full shiftComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to use a smartphone or handheld device for route navigation and delivery confirmationReliable and punctual with a professional attitudeNon CDL drivers and those new to courier or delivery work are encouraged to applyShift: 10:15am-8:30pmWeekend availability required
