Long Motors is seeking motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Representatives to join our sales team.

We are looking for individuals who are driven by results, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by a commission-based earning opportunity. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, comfortable following up with leads, and committed to providing an excellent buying experience from the initial inquiry through the completion of the sale.

Spanish/English bilingual communication is required.

Job Description

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from identifying their needs and selecting a vehicle to completing the necessary steps to finalize the sale.

Sales representatives are also responsible for actively following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, generating new business, and working toward individual and dealership sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly, and attentive service.
• Assist customers in identifying vehicles that fit their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of dealership inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and available programs.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Respond promptly to incoming phone, internet, and dealership leads.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• Maintain and update customer information, leads, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership's CRM system.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate professionally and work with management to successfully close sales.
• Assist customers with gathering the documentation and information required to complete their purchase.
• Follow dealership sales procedures and company policies.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with management, finance, and administrative staff to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Participate in dealership promotions, sales events, and other lead-generation activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.
• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple customers and leads.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership CRM and sales software.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

This includes following up with leads, making outbound calls, building relationships, asking for referrals, and actively working toward closing sales.
