Physical Therapist Assistant (Home Health)

Role: Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, utilizing modalities, manual techniques, and exercises. Key Responsibilities Instructs patients in functional activities such as bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance exercises. Monitors patient responses, adheres to treatment precautions, and reports changes to healthcare team. Documents interventions and services accurately in patient charts. Educates and trains patients and caregivers, adapting to learning styles. Performs additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED required; associate’s/technical degree preferred. Minimum two years' technical experience preferred, especially in acute or outpatient settings. Valid Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in applicable states. CPR/BLS certification required. Valid driver’s license and age of at least 21 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock Health
