Job Description - Overview Do you have experience in retail loss prevention and want to work for a company that is committed to apprehending and prosecuting shoplifters? The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full‑time In‑Store Loss Prevention Agent to protect our stores. You must have prior undercover or floor‑walking loss prevention experience. Your primary responsibilities will be undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters. No risk‑management, safety, door‑greeting, alarms, audits, or inventory duties are included; this role focuses solely on discreet floor walking.
