- Full-spectrum outpatient primary care
- Acute & chronic disease management
- Preventive care and annual wellness visits
- Coordinate care with specialists
- Maintain timely Epic documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Patient education and continuity of care
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM or IM
- Must maintain active board status
- Strong interest in outpatient primary care
- Community-focused and team-oriented
- Must be willing to live within reasonable commuting distance
- Not accepting locums candidates
